What does this include?

Covers all aspects of finding and securing a suitable tenant, including all advertising and administration required to move a suitable tenant into the property (inventory, tenancy agreement, deposit scheme administration etc). Once moved in, the fee covers the day to day management of the tenancy, rent collection and direct income transfer to landlord, serving of notices and check-out inspection and report.

What does this include?

This covers all marketing and administration required to move suitable tenant into the property (including, inventory, tenancy agreement etc). Once the tenant has moved in all responsibilities then pass to the landlord.

How much does it cost?


  • Let only fee 7.2% (6% + VAT)
  • Letting & management fees are charged monthly 12% (10% + VAT)
  • Rent recovery policy £300
  • Basic Inventory or interim inspection (no extra charge if opting for management service) £150.00 (£125 + VAT)
  • Energy performance certificate £80.00 (£66.66+ VAT)
  • Gas safety certificate £60.00 (£50.00 + VAT)

We can purchase a Rent Recovery Plus product via HomeLet and note you as having an "interest in" this policy, for Landlords who wish to protect their rental income. Having an interest in this policy means that you may be able to benefit should a successful claim be made. Please speak to our Lettings Team for more information.
